Typical Starbucks not amazing not bad just a normal Starbucks

I’ve been a longtime customer at Starbucks, but have never encountered rude staff like this before. I would avoid going to this location if you can, and search for a different Starbucks with better customer service. There were no customers in line when I anrrived and I can see why! I wanted to give an update on this review. I followed up with a manager and a different staff member the next day about my experience and they were very apologetic. The female in the drive through the day of the incident was extremely rude, but it’s sounds like the male employees have manners and common decency. Hopefully, this will be a one time incident and other customers will have a better experience.

I had problems with my apps location this morning and my pick up order was placed at another location I was not close to. I immediately called that store and a young lady answered and told me she cannot refund me but if I go to the nearest Starbucks and show my receipt that they would make me a drink. I am used to going to one specific store but found another just a few extra miles down the highway.. I ordered a mocha cookie crumble frappe but this one was very very sweet like they put in something extra. Overall a 3.5.

I used to drive all the way from Jacksonville TX, to Tyler TX (35 minute drive) just to have this specific Starbucks every morning! The service is always GREAT, they are so friendly & always greet you with a smile! The drinks are made exactly as hoped & always taste great! I've had many different drinks there & never been disappointed! This Starbucks is definitely my favorite out of Tyler. I will ALWAYS rather drive all the way to the next town over to them than use the one in my own town if that tells you anything!

I had trouble remembering the name to my drink and the barista at the window was extremely helpful explaining which one was the one I was searching for and how to order it next time. She is so sweet and really made my morning with her sweet demeanor and patient as well as helpful. I will be coming to this location more often.
